Last Saturday’s Quizzical Lite trivia game brought smiles to the prize-winning team, pictured here holding pizza certificates and other goodies. The shortened version of the popular twice-monthly Tuesday games is led by Lonnie Allen in the Hangout, offering a condensed blast of the brain-challenging competition for weekend fun.

This week sees a quieter island, with Spring Break travelers gone far and wide for vacations and Easter visits elsewhere. But there’s still plenty to keep you occupied at your Community Center! Leading the list is the afore-mentioned Let’s Get Quizzical! Trivia Night, upstairs in the Hangout at 6 PM Tuesday. We’ve got a guest host this time around, along with the usual great prizes. As always it’s BYOB, and feel free to bring snacks to complement the munchies already there. Register your team of no more than 6 at store.biccenter.org.

Wednesday’s Time for Art class is an Open Studio – bring your unfinished art projects to work on, or start a new project. And please remember to place any food orders before arriving, so we can get you served and seated in a timely way.

Saturday holds several Easter events in the community for families, ending up at the BIC Center. After enjoying a delicious Easter Brunch at the Christian Church and partaking in the Easter Egg Hunt at the District Library, come on down to the Community Center at 2 PM to participate in some additional Easter fun! This “fair-like” Easter Eggstravaganza will be loaded with games and activities for kids of all ages. We’ll be offering pictures with the Easter Bunny, and providing some refreshments along with baked goods donated by community members. If you would like to make anything for this event, please drop them off anytime on Friday or on Saturday morning.

Check out the Community Calendar at biccenter.org for more details on all of this week’s programs and offerings, and we’ll see you here !
