August is upon us, bringing the Community Center & WVBI’s annual fundraiser – this year titled the Summer Breeze Gala, taking place on Thursday, August 7 from 5:30 – 10:30 PM at CMU Biological Station. Please join us for an evening of great music, food and fun! Enjoy a gourmet plated dinner, hand-crafted desserts, and open bar service, accompanied by live music by the iconic John Ellison and The Carpenter Ants. This will be a lovely summer retreat to dream the night away at a serene waterfront location overlooking Sand Bay. And all for a very special purpose: to raise funds to support the operation of the island’s Community Center and radio station WVBI.
